Our agency was established in 1992 and has since been specialized in Property Consultancy and Real Estate. We are a Registered and Licensed Real Estate Agency, with Registration Number 521. Our Property Management Department has over 150 properties and all are managed through us, for our various distinct clients.

David Spyrou Estates is a successful family-run agency, located in the heart of Larnaca. In a highly-competitive field, we survived and became one of Larnaca’s most requested agencies. One of the reasons we are so successful in what we do, is because we invest a lot of time for our client’s needs. Throughout all these years, we have never once needed any advertisements from any social media. Our core advertisement comes from our respected clients since they are always very pleased from the work we do, leading to our recommendation to other potential clients.
